Sometimes weaning happens spontaneously. Sometimes children need a little help to get there. Other times, weaning becomes necessary due to external circumstances. And sometimes, you may simply want to reduce how often you’re feeding without being ready to fully let go.
Whatever stage you’re in or plans you have, there are solutions—and you don’t have to navigate them alone.
I can help with:
Breastfeeding strikes
Abrupt weaning (often for medical reasons)
Night weaning
Complete weaning
Post-weaning mood changes or “depression”
…and anything in between
During our consultation, we’ll talk about your goals, explore gentle and practical strategies, and brainstorm ideas that fit your family’s unique needs and circumstances. We’ll also discuss ways to prevent painful engorgement and mastitis, as well as address post-weaning emotional changes and hormonal imbalances.
